Gado-gado Step Cara Buatnya
- Cuci semua sayuran,kentang dan telur hingga bersih. Lalu rebus (kentang telur, tauge) untuk selada,tomat, kubis, timun dan seledri hanya cuci bersih lalu potong kecil.
- Cuci tahu hingga bersih lalu garit. Potong kotak2 kecil tempe lalu garit. Setelah itu rendam di air garam dan digoreng hingga sedikit garing.
- Siapkan bahan untuk membuat bumbu gado2 dan cuci bersih. Saya memakai 2 macam kecap (bangau :agar lebih manis)(abc : agar lebih pekat warnanya).
- Haluskan bawang putih, kacang tanah goreng, cabai, gula jawa hingga halus.
- Masukan bumbu halus dan tumis hingga harum. Tambahkan air asan jawa, air putih, garam, gula pasir dan daun jeruk. Setelah mendidih masukkan santan dan aduk hingga merata.
- Potong dan sajikan semua komponen gado2 beserta bumbunya. Sebagau pelengkap tambahkan kerupuk udang.
