- Sayuran : kukus sayuran serambi menyiapkan bahan pelengkap seperti bawang goreng dan sambal bawang rebus (bisa pakai bawang goreng jadi).
- Penyajian : Tata rapi sayuran kukus seperti kentang, buncis, wortel, kol/kubis ke dalam piring, tambahkan potongan sayur selada, irisan tipis mentimun, potongan telur rebus dan tahu goreng lalu siram saos kacangnya beri kecap manis secukupnya kemudian beri taburan bawang goreng. Siap disajikan, bisa ditambahkan kerupuk, emping melinjo dan lontong.
